Mike "Batman" Micene
Bio: Mike graduated from Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources with a minor concentration in Psychology. He was a scholarship athlete in Baseball and was invited to play in the Cape Cod Collegiate Baseball Summer League by the Chatham Athletics. The League is widely known for producing many professionals in the world of baseball.
Mike received his certification as a Fitness Trainer (CFTI) by the International Sports and Sciences Association (I.S.S.A.), and Sports Conditioning Specialist (SCSII). Mike is currently a member of the Men’s Senior Baseball League (M.S.B.L) and competes nationally, in addition, he is a private pitching instructor.
Mark Drew
Bio: Mark has been working as a holistic health practitioner in New York City since 2001, incorpo
rating therapeutic massage, personal training, nutritional counseling, meditation, and qi gong into his
private practice, providing the client with the tools to create a holistically healthy lifestyle. He practices
therapeutic massage-utilizing the modalities of deep tissue, sports, Swedish, Tui Na, and Reflexology to
treat both acute and
chronic conditions. He began work as a
personal trainer in 1996 and has developed and
implemented exercise programs for all different ages and fitness levels. Having competed nationally in triathlons, played college basketball, as well as being an avid surfer, hiker, and bicyclist he also understands the needs of athletes.
